נוהל החזרות והחלפות

אנחנו מקוות שתאהבי את הפריט שלך. אם מכל סיבה תרצי להחליף או להחזיר - נשמח לעזור. 
ניתן לבצע החלפה או החזרה בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת ההזמנה, בתנאי שהפריט לא נלבש, לא כובס, ללא ריחות, ללא סימני שימוש, ונמצא במצב חדש עם התווית המקורית מחוברת.

החלפות
ניתן להחליף לפריט אחר או למידה אחרת, בהתאם לזמינות המלאי. 
ההחלפה מתבצעת באמצעות שליח עד הבית - משלוח חינם בהחלפה הראשונה. 

החזר כספי 
בהחזרת פריט יינתן החזר כספי לאמצעי התשלום המקורי, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן. 
דמי המשלוח אינם מוחזרים, למעט במקרה של פריט פגום או שגוי.

זיכוי לאתר
במקרה של זיכוי, יינתן קוד לרכישה באתר.הזיכוי יהיה בתוקף למשך 24 חודשים ממועד הנפקתו, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן.

תנאים נוספים
פריטים שנלבשו, כובסו, הוסרו מהם התוויות או נמצאו עם סימני שימוש – לא יתקבלו להחזרה.
האחריות על שליחת הפריט חזרה חלה על הלקוחה.
החזר כספי יבוצע לאחר קבלת הפריט ובדיקתו.

הבדלי צבע
אנו משקיעות מאמצים רבים להציג את המוצרים בצורה המדויקת ביותר באתר. עם זאת, ייתכנו הבדלים קלים בגווני הצבע בין התמונות באתר לבין המוצר בפועל, בהתאם להגדרות המסך או תנאי התאורה בזמן הצילום.

זמינות מלאי
הזמנות מתקבלות בהתאם לזמינות המלאי. במקרה נדיר שבו פריט שהוזמן אזל מהמלאי, שירות הלקוחות שלנו יצור קשר לצורך החלפה, זיכוי או החזר כספי.

לתיאום החלפה או החזרה ניתן לפנות אלינו במייל או בהודעה דרך האינסטגרם של המותג.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your new item! However, if for any reason you’d like to exchange or return it — we’re happy to help.

Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item has not been worn or washed, is free of odors or signs of use, and is in new condition with the original tags attached.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size or a different product from our website, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are carried out via courier and are subject to a shipping fee.

Refunds

Upon returning an item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a damaged or incorrect item.

Store Credit

If you choose store credit, you will receive a personal code for use on our website.
The credit will be valid for 24 months from the date of issue, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Additional Terms

Items that have been worn, washed, had tags removed, or show any signs of use will not be accepted for return.
The responsibility for shipping the item back to us rests with the customer.
Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected.

Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight variations in color may occur between the photos on the website and the actual product, depending on your screen settings or lighting conditions during photography.

Inventory Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after an order is placed, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an exchange, store credit, or a full refund.
